I am 35+ and 2 years post postpartum. I have been fat and I have been skinny and in my 30's I finally became 'healthy'. I am medium sized (US size 6-8), run and do yoga a couple of times a week. I still have plenty of jiggly spots but for the most part I don't care at all. I eat what I want, and don't exercise everyday, which explains the jiggly spots, and I am perfectly satisfied with this deal....except....
My post baby belly is several inches bigger than pre-pregnancy and none of my clothes fit. Everything else is the same size-ish it has been, but my belly is larger and jigglier. It doesn't bother me too much, although seeing its shadow bob along with me when I run is humbling, lol. But I really don't want to buy all new pants and shirts if possible. I would rather exercise than shop, any day! And now 2 years post, I am finally giving up on the idea that it which just magically 'snap' back.
Keeping in mind I am not trying to get a six pack or start an unsustainable regime, what worked for you, bees?
