I started watching Prison Break last week. I enjoyed the first season but season 2 is a snoozefest so I think I'm done!
I also lost interest in The Good Wife, Dexter, The League and Lost!

True Blood. I was the same way with the books though too.
Walking Dead. I only made it through like... 3 episodes. I even like zombies and I just couldn't get into it.

I started watching Felicity a few weeks and normally I will binge watch shows...can't wait for the next episode sort of thing, but nearly a month later and I still haven't finished the 1st season. I may have to give it up!
I used to watch a lot of shows but don't anymore....Modern Family, How I Met Your Mother, Law & Order SVU, Real Housewives....but I dunno, they just don't hold my interest anymore!

I got over Lost as well. I'm also still watching Smash although I don't enjoy it as much.. I know it's getting cancelled soon so I figured I'd ride it out!

Alias. Most other shows I stopped watching for other reasons, not so much loss of interest.

Dexter! it was so good and then, just was meh. we didn't even watch the last season.

I was into Fringe but somehow couldn't get into it once it got really sci-fiy. I'm also loosing interst in Psych.

Smash. I loved it at first, but now I am so bored with it! I finally stopped watching.

I'm hanging on to How I met Your Mother but so ready for it to be done! haha we have stopped watching The Office, Happy Endings (which I think got cancelled), Revelation (only made it 3 episodes), and several others. We give things a chance and if they don't keep us interested we are done!

True Blood, Lost (although we pushed through to the end because we invested so many seasons in it), Dexter, The Walking Dead, Parenthood, Torchwood, and I'm sure there are more I can't remember.

we stopped watching the Office and 30 Rock in their last couple seasons, and I stopped watching Modern Family, though dh still dvr's it. Oh, and I only saw the first couple seasons of Weeds and True Blood. On Netflix, I tried to get into Ally McBeal bc I thought I had liked it when it was on, but I just couldn't get interested--she's soooo whiny! I also tried to get into Party of Five, but there was too much angst, lol

Walking Dead. I still have half this past season sitting on my DVR and I have no interest in finishing it. Same with True Blood.

Glee, heroes, desperate housewives, greys, so you think you can dance, bates motel. Im sure there's more but that's it off the top of my head.

Lost and Glee. I really liked the first season of Lost but then after that it started to get weird and too unrealistic for me.

@zippylef: Walking Dead got a lot better after the first 2 or 3 episodes. We watched the first few thinking everyone who loves the show is crazy, but once he meets up with the rest of the cast it gets much better.
The ones I can think of that I've lost interest in are 24, Smash, and CSI. But I think there's a ton more I just don't remember, because I lost interest in them. Ha.

Ugh, so over HIMYM. We watched this past season's finale because they showed the mother, but even that was a huge let-down. They literally just SHOWED her, for 1/2 a second. Done with it.
I've given up on Glee, too. And then over the years we've given up on 24, Heroes, Smash, and Prison Break. I'm sure there are plenty others, but those are the only ones I can remember off the top of my head.

True Blood - it just got kinda crazy...
Dexter - Lost interest almost immediately after the finale of season 4. -
Grey's Anatomy after Izzy died eventhough I didn't like her really like her story line.
