Have you seen this video? I just wanted to share this young man's plea for receiving equal and fair treatment by the government for his family.

i personally don't believe in gay marriages, but i do believe everyone has a right to choose. he seems like a very well-spoken, well-raised individual.

What a wonderful boy! I fully believe that love is so rare and precious in this world that everyone should be able to get married, call it marriage and enjoy all of the benefits of it, emotional and tangible.

I watched it and loved it. I think people should be allowed to love who they want and in the end it doesnt mean it affects the family (raising children)
From my experience There are more 'screwed' up children in male/female relationships due to many issues. Abuse, lack of attention, workaholics, infidelity etc, The sex of the parents shouldn't matter if the result is love and proper care.

My husband was raised by two women, and he is a wonderful man. In fact, I think he is a better man because of it. He is caring, considerate, hard working, a wonderful listener. He doesn't believe in traditional gender roles after watching the two of them work full time, take care of all areas of the household (finances, inside chores, outside chores, car maintenance, plumbing, construction, etc.) He doesn't think that showing his emotions makes him weak. I'm not saying a man can't be all these things if he is raised in a traditional household or by two men, I know lots of wonderful men raised in all kinds of families. He does have a father, but having met him I know my husband would be completely different if he had been raised by him.
If you have loving parents who provide you with everything you need and some of what you want, who cares what their sex is. That is my opinion.
