Who would be interested in learning more about working with raised (yeast) dough? I'd love to write a post, but figured I'd see what, if any, interest there was in the subject. Also, you can help me pick the featured recipe!

But really all! I've worked with yeast before for breads but fell off the bandwagon. Now I'm scared to start up again. Would LOVE to see a tutorial!

Absolutely, that's something I've always wanted to try as an adult! Making bread with my mom is one of my fondest memories as a small child.
I'd love a tutorial...choosing between the least two is hard though!

ME!!! I love cooking and love good bread (which is so hard to find!!!!), but I've never tried making my own bread. I was just thinking a few weeks ago how it would be fun to try, but I don't know where to start!

Well, y'all have me convinced, so a series it will be! We will get you geared up, un-intimidated, and I think I will even get together a gift basket of some of my favorites tools to let someone win. Yay! I thought this was gonna be a total bomb, so I'm psyched to see all the enthusiasm!

Definitely if you include kneading techniques. My mom has tried to teach me twice and my bread still comes out heavy.

All of them sound so good! I love the Pioneer Woman cinnamon roll recipe, but I'd be interested to learn another. Beignets is the most intriguing to me though!
