@Crisark: Oh, interesting! I did have a gyn apt yesterday, and she said it looked like I was ovulating, and then went home and took the OPK and got the smiley face, though I had only been using that particular digital OPK for three days prior to that.

@Meeshling: Yep! I did check the positive and compare it with a negative and it wasn't really different. I still didn't see two dark lines but low and behold the smiley was there. I couldn't do the regular OPK's because I'd never be confident deciding what was a positive. I love the digital since they are 99% accurate so I don't have to guess!

@photojane: I could certainly be wrong, but I feel like o read somewhere tha it can take a few days after implantation for your levels to be high enough for a BFP. I think you're very much in the game still!

I go with the digital, too, even though it's more expensive bc I like taking my reading margin of error out of it -
@Mrs. Blue: good to know. i'm hoping that's the case. i've decided to wait to test again on the 5th, which will be the day after AF is supposed to arrive. in the meantime, i think i'm going to go google implantation bleeding. this could be dangerous... once i start googling something, i can't stop.

@Meeshling: I'm the same way. It says to BD at least once in the 48 hrs after a positive and we did 4 times so I'm confident if this month is meant to be our month it will be!

I'm CD 5 of Cycle 6 and I think I'm finally out of my funk. I was feeling really down and depressed over AF showing up (even though I knew she would because we didn't have sex much at ALL during my window) and the fact that we're in cycle 6 already. BUT I'm finally feeling a little more optimistic and hopeful!
New plan for this month: Pre-Seed + having sex every OTHER day around my window! Goal is sex on CD 12, CD 14, CD 16, although secret goal is CD 15 & 17 instead of CD 16, but we'll see! I've got plans on how to seduce my husband to make sure we have sex those days, and I've been going to the gym so I'm starting to feel better about myself and my body, so... here's to June!
I hope June is the LAST month for many of us in our TTC journeys!

we've been wanting to ttc for about a year now, but haven't been financially ready. that whole time i was longing for a baby, and dreaming of the day when i actually got to tell my sweet husband. i finally got to tell him today!...
i ran around like a crazy lady, and set up a scavenger hunt for my man while he was at work (scavenger hunts are our thing. we're so lame). i took him to the mall and he had to read all of these clues and pick up gift bags i had already left at the different stores. after the mall, the clues brought him to our new house (move in june 15th), and we sat on the big covered porch and he opened up the little gifts he hunted down at the mall. when he opened the little baby vans (the only shoes he'll wear), he looked up at me with THE. BEST. LOOK. EVER.
he's been rotating between really excited/freaking out ever since.

How is it humanly possible to live though 14 days of heart-wrenching, mind-numbing, sickeningly exciting crazy town living?
I don't think I'll make it to the 14th without my brain exploding. Or my heart. Agh!!!!!!! -
@Arden: Hang in there! I have no great ideas for distracting yourself, so I recommend just embracing the crazy!

6dpo here (I think?). I'm actually doing better this time than my first 2 TWWs... I am just convinced it didn't happen so I'm not getting my hopes up. Plus no imaginary symptoms is helping. Hang in there, ladies!

I'm on 10 DPO and it's one of the most relaxing TWW ever. It's probably because I don't think this is my month so I have no desire to test. Also, last month I swore I was pregnant with very sore boobs and other signs but then I got a BFN. Yeah, so I have very sore boobs now but I know it doesn't mean anything. So yeah, for once after 7 months of TTC, I can finally relax during the TWW.
I'm also waiting on AF to show so I can get started on the blood test and the HSG.
