Ladies, I'm starting to think I prefer the TWW to the days leading up to ovulation!
I'm currently on CD 8 and I'm expecting to ovulate between CD 14 and 17, and I'm just thinking about all the things that could go wrong! What if we don't have sex as often as we should during my fertile period? What if I ovulate early or late and miss my window completely? What if Hubs and I get into another fight like we did last month?
At least when you're in the TWW, it's too late to do things differently and what's done is done and all you really have to do is wait and see!

I'm 7DPO (I think) and I'm not feeling anything. I'm just going along with life as I would even if I wasn't TTC. I'm not sure why this TWW isn't torture. But, I'm just rolling with it.
Maybe it's because I don't feel any "symptoms". I really don't know. But, I'm not miserable, not wanting to test like crazy. Just living life. -
I am 6DPO and not having any symptoms, so my hopes aren't up at all. But how awesome would be it be to find out this weekend/early next week and get DH an early Father's Day card as a way to tell him.

Well here's a strange update for everyone.
I was poking my boobs last night testing if they were sore at 7dpo (haha) and felt a mass. Huh, that's no fun! My husband confirmed so I got an emergency appt today by a gyn to look at it (I don't have one at the moment). The nurse told me on the phone it could be because of hormone changes... so this could be either really bad news or really good news?!
Frankly I don't think it's either option (bad news or impending BFP). I have NO symptoms this TWW at all so I'm hoping he'll poke around and say not to worry and send me home. Little scary, though!

At this rate, I may never POAS in June...
We pulled the goalie mid-May a couple days after I probably ovulated (I stopped charting, but FF is usually on target for me). I should have started in the last couple of days. Instead, I am only barely starting to see some evidence that AF is gearing up to maybe make an appearance today. I just want this cycle to be over, and naturally it's taking it's sweet *** time. Grr...

@JoJoGirl: i was in a similar situation in college, and it was scary. i felt what i thought was a lump, but after a good feelin' around and an u/s my doctor assured me that it was just my hormones making my boobs lumpy. i hope you get the same news. good luck at your appointment!

I had a moment of panic last night (omg cancer chemo mastectomy no BFing or even BFP) but I am okay today, I'm also sure it's nothing and even said to the nurse on the phone "Okay so I should either be REALLY excited or REALLY scared?" and she was like yeah, one or the other. Guess we'll see.
Thanks for the encouragement. Photojane I'm glad to hear someone else had the same situation and it ended up being nothing!

@JoJoGirl: Can I just say that knowing you poke your boobs too makes me feel so better! I have been doing the same thing! Which I don't know cause I never have sore ones. But they feel different to me today but not sore.

Edited: I have no good news, but will have answers one way or the other on Friday. Also seems BFP HIGHLY unlikely this month due to some other complications. :'(

My POAS day will be Jun 16th! We were going to wait until August to TTC, but we decided that there was no real reason to wait two months so we are starting now! My O date should be the 6th or right around it. This is our first cycle and I'm SOOOOO nervous! I have been off of birth control since January and we just pulled the goalie on the 1st. Here's hoping!!! Best of luck to you other ladies!
