@JoJoGirl: I would call your gyn. He's still a doctor and should be able to answer your questions. I'm 9/10 DPO and I broke down & took a test this morning which is sort of embarassing since it's so early. It was a BFN.
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@PBandBaseball: Awww, sorry you saw a BFN! That's why I don't test early, haha. Although that just means I never get to test, which is also depressing. But it's still early! So don't give up yet!!!
clementine / 861 posts
@Adira: I stopped testing early for a few months but then I got a bunch of Wondfo tests, so I figured I'd start testing every other day. I think I'm going to hold off on testing again until next week so that I can enjoy my weekend.
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@PBandBaseball: Oh yeah - you can get those in packs of 25 or 50, right? If I had that many lying around, I'd probably be inclined to test too. Currently I have 5 tests in my bathroom and TWO have expired!!! LOL
clementine / 861 posts
@Adira: I had someone give me about 10 of them but I've seen them in packs of 25 & 50. I still have a couple digitals but I'm saving them for confirmation tests. Hopefully I'll get to use them before they expire!!

@Adira: @PBandBaseball: I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you girls!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@PBandBaseball: Yeah! My expired ones are digital and I'm afraid to use them now, haha. I think if AF is ever late and I make it to my POAS date, I'll use one (just to use it) and if it gives me a positive, I'll just a non-expired one to confirm. And if it gives me a negative, I'll wait a few days before testing again.

@Alivoo01: Thank you!!
@Adira: I think that sounds like a good plan. At least they won't be wasted.

So I got positive OPKs Friday and yesterday, and a negative one today - I'm thinking I ovulated today. We've had sex every day since Thursday so hopefully the timing is good. Only time will tell!
nectarine / 2152 posts
@ Rachel Nice! Good luck, def BD again tomorrow for insurance if you can!
I finally got a positive OPK after testing since Tuesday bc of what my doc said about me possibly ovulating way earlier than FF thought...And of course, we've been BDing since then too, haha...Gonna keep up the baby dance until probably Wed or Thurs and then...wait. Harumph
Anyone else have any updates? I've been stalking this thread for a couple days to see what the rest of y'all been up to! xoxo

I'm throwing my hat in the ring here (even though I'm a big fat lurker). We DTD on Wednesday, I O'ed on Friday. Oh lordie, how long can I hold out before testing... I'm worried I'll be a 9 day'er

Well, I'm 5 or 7 DPO today. FF and I disagree on which, though based on my temps, I'm starting to think FF might be right, which means we only had sex O-3 and O+1, so I don't think my chances are very good.
How's everyone else doing?

i just got the "peak" reading on the CBEFM, so keeping my fingers crossed! we've been DTD every day that was "high," so since about CD 9, trying to play the odds

Good morning, ladies! AF decided to show up this morning, so I am out. I'll pick up my Clomid from the pharmacy tonight and start taking it on Wednesday. The good news is that my cycle was a full 28 days this month after having a short 25 day cycle last month. New POAS day is June 18. I'm ready!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@PBandBaseball: Bummer AF showed up! But that's great that your cycle was more normal this last time!! Hopefully that's a sign of things to come! I've updated your POAS date so hopefully June is your month!!!

Temp spike this morning, so I think I was right that I O'd yesterday. I'm already going crazy thinking that I should be doing something to facilitate fertilization/implantation (lay perfectly still? stand on my head? Only eat certain foods for the next two weeks?) haha, I'm only half joking
Just bought TCOYF from Amazon, so hopefully that will at least keep me busy for the next 11 or so days.
wonderful olive / 19353 posts
No updates from me. AF just left so I'm waiting for the golden window of opportunity now. I have such long cycles (34 days!), so it's weird to read some of you POAS twice before my once! haha!

Happy (?) Monday!
I'm 8dpo today and I keep feeling minor cramps and twinges, and sometimes my lower back hurts. Getting too hopeful for my own good, but I'm trying to tell myself its nothing! I thought my temps could've been on their way to triphastic, but it dipped a little this morning.
Tomorrow I have my annual gyn appointment, so I'll be getting tested regardless. I won't be too bummed if its nothing though, since its still early! Otherwise, lets hope I can at least hold out until the next of the weekend
pear / 1786 posts
Well, I had said for the list that I was going to test today but I am waiting until tomorrow when I will be 12 DPO. I am not holding out much hope since our timing wasn't good this month. On the bright side it was my first Clomid month and I O'd a couple days later, which is great news, since I was having very short cycles at 21-23 days. Good luck to all of us!!!
pear / 1986 posts
@PBandBaseball: Darn it! I'm sorry AF showed. But good news about the longer cycle. Hope the Clomid does the trick for you!

@Adira: I am just waiting to O. Going to start OPK tomorrow. Fingers crossed for ovulation over the long weekend when DH is home an extra day!

@Adira: @GreenThumb: Thank you! I'm trying to stay positive. Hopefully we'll all get our BFPs soon!!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@Smurfette: I hope the timing works out for you!!
@PBandBaseball: I can't wait for you to get your BFP! You've been trying for so long! I hope you don't have to wait much longer.
pomelo / 5331 posts
@PBandBaseball aw, I'm sorry
@Rachel: Yeah... I'm right there with ya.
@Alivoo01: Me too on the long-ish cycles! I usually O around day 20. Ugh.
@Adira: FF tells me not to test until May 31... pah!

So has anyone else noticed the VIP feature on FF that gives you "Early Pregnancy Signs points" (its my first month using it, so VIP is free). Supposedly 80pts or more are 70-90% likely to be pregnancy charts.
Its totally dangerous! I'm doing my best not to symptom spot, so I'm only entering things that I'm sure are abnormal for this point in my cycle. But the more I enter, the more points I get I'm up to 31 so far (at 8dpo).

Hello ladies. So who should/can post on this thread. Just joined hellobee and still trying to figure things out :). Thanks!
pomelo / 5331 posts
@Mrs.Someone: omg yes. I am totally obsessed with this, too. You know what else? Searching for pregnancy charts with my intercourse pattern. I'm clearly deranged.
pomelo / 5228 posts
@ladyfingers - if you're deranged, than most of us on here are I've done the same!
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@Mrs.Someone: haha! I love using that VIP thing, but it's kind of bunk. It puts you over 80 points if you go past your AF expected rate, so if you are like me, and have irregular cycles, it'll get you excited every month. So, while it can be fun, don't put too much stock in it.
nectarine / 2152 posts
@wallaroo Anyone can post on this thread, the more the merrier! It was started for those who are hoping to get a BFP around late May/early June but jump on in you like!
@ladyfingers I totally do that. I literally have spent hours looking for charts that match mine. I haven't caved and bought the VIP FF membership yet but...I kind of want to so I can see more charts that more closely match mine, haha!
nectarine / 2152 posts
Also, FF is annoying me because I've have two days of significant temp spikes (.5 and .4) and it still refuses to acknowledge that I've O'd...It says right on their dang website that if your temp spikes more than .4, then you've probably O'd and well, we are tired of BDing but I don't want to stop until I'm sure...Just give me the stupid coverline and O date please!!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@Trailmix: FF has to see three consecutive days of high temps before it'll put your coverline down, so you should see it tomorrow.
pomegranate / 3895 posts
Pretty sure I O'd last night and am 1 DPO today! That took FOREVER...yesterday was CD22. I think the delay was due to travel in the first half of this cycle.
Anyhow, I expected to O much sooner (usually around CD19) so we BDed a lot last week, but I'm sure our timing was off because we were expecting O sooner. The good news is that the last time we BDed was Sunday morning, about 36 hours before O, which I think is good timing (?). Here's hoping there were some strong swimmers in the group!
Good luck to all the ladies who are POAS this week!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@hergreenapples: Bummer you ovulated later than you were expecting, but sounds like your timing still could be good! Keeping my fingers crossed for you!
pomelo / 5331 posts
@Mrs.Someone: That's why I love you all, because you help me justify my obsession!
pomelo / 5228 posts
@Grace - yikes, good to know! I haven't been taking it too seriously though
@ladyfingers - if only we had a like button on posts!
pomelo / 5331 posts
OK so can I just say, this is my first real TWW (where I know we timed right and are officially trying) and I am *losing* it. Any recommendations to distract me? I'm only 4 dpo!
