@Mrs.Someone: Yes! I'd love some input! So excited you O'd though and are in the TWW! Sometimes that's the worst part but at least you don't have to worry about timing or anything now. It's just a waiting game.

@PBandBaseball: @Mrs.Someone: Thanks ladies! I was actually thinking I might have O'd on CD 14, in which case, my timing for sex was TERRIBLE. I had sex CD 11 and CD 15, so I guess it's still possible, but not great.

I'll have to see what tomorrow's temps look like and what FF says after that. I'm just so surprised because the last two cycles, my CM was very telling for me, and this time I've had barely any, so I don't know what's changed.

@Mrs.Someone: I have not been checking my cervical position. I tried yesterday, but since it was my first time trying to do it, I had no idea what I was doing, haha. I'm thinking that if this cycle is wonky (like it looks like it's going to be), then I might start trying to check it next cycle so I have a better clue as to what's going on.

@Mrs.Someone: Yes, I agree! TTC can suck, haha! I'll have to peak into my TCOYF book to see if I can get some insight. I just couldn't really tell what I was feeling when I attempted it and maybe (TMI warning) I wasn't reaching deep enough or up enough or whatever or maybe my cervix was already in the high/soft state so it didn't really feel like anything specific. Who knows!

I guess if my temps aren't conclusive, I'll know for sure when I ovulated based on when AF shows up! My LP seems to be a consistent 13 days, so when (IF!!!! HOPEFULLY NOT!!!!) she shows up, I'll just count backwards to figure out when I actually ovulated.

@JoJoGirl: The open circle indicates that SOMETHING about the temp may be inaccurate. Usually if you take your temp at a very different time than normal, those will be open. Also if you were sleep deprived when you took it, that will cause an open circle. Basically it just means that it's not a totally trustworthy point.

So for example, on my chart, CD 12 and 13 are open because those were Saturday and Sunday and I woke up later than usual.

well my updates are that there are no updates!
It's CD25, and my cycles had previously turned into 23-24 day cycles. So I'm thinking they may be lengthening to 27 days again. I took an HPT last night at 12 dpo and it was negative of course. I grow more and more hopeful, which scares me for when I do get AF. agghhh

Well, AF came this morning I think. It's just light but I'm sure it's her. It's ok though, it has been over 9 weeks since my mc so I am happy to wipe the slate clean.

If you'll excuse me I am off to buy the worlds largest coffee... Any Canadians here? It's the new Tim horton's extra large... Wowza.

So temps were up even higher today. I think I probably ovulated yesterday, although FF has now updated to think it was on the 14th. Either way, I think I'm out for this month. Hubs and I were supposed to have sex last night, but we got into a stupid fight so... now I have to wait until June to try again. Boooo!

@sslm: I'm sorry that you're out but I agree that a spring baby would be fun!

@Adira: I'm sorry about the stupid fight. I hope that you're still in for this month!

I had cramps when I woke up but they're gone now. I started early last cycle on CD 26 & that's tomorrow for this cycle, so I'm a little nervous. Trying not to think about it too much but we all know that's impossible. If I get pregnant before the end of July, I'll have to take next spring semester off of school but I would do it happily if it meant I had a newborn!

is it really only mid may?? we're BDing every other day and so far my temps are still fairly low so no O yet! today is CD17, and I think I'll O around CD22. My OPKs are really confusing me though.

Does anyone get a positive one day, then a clear negative, and then positives again?

@Emilie: Once I get a postivie OPK, I stop testing. Are you using the two line OPKs or a digital?

And if my egg sticks around for a while, maybe having sex tonight will give me a chance. I'm going to try for it, but I'm going to not get my hopes up since it seems pretty unlikely, considering our bad timing. Oh well.

@Adira: oh perfect! Day before and tonight will definitely cover your base points!! Mrs. Highwire was sick and she only BD the day of O and 2 days later, and she got pregnant!! Good luck! Wishing you baby dust!

@Emilie: I use the digital OPKs and it's much easier than the two line tests.

@Adira: Oh bummer well, you never know - stranger things have happened than getting KU on O+1. I'm still pulling for you!!

Question for everyone: today is CD8 and I'm spotting. Really strange and out of the ordinary. I had my acu appointment on CD6 so I don't know if that stimulated blood flow or something, but it's odd - anyone else seen this? I think I'll call her today and just ask what she thinks.. it's throwing me for a loop though.

@JoJoGirl: Hmmm... that's weird! I'm betting it probably had something to do with the acupuncture - maybe your body is just getting rid of any residuals leftover from AF. Let us know if it goes away!

@PBandBaseball: I'm hoping your cycle is longer this time around! How many DPO are you? Do you chart at all - can you tell if AF is expected to show up soon or not? Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

@Adira: @PBandBaseball: I left a message for my acu lady. I feel kind of crampy now, which is really weird. If I somehow start bleeding again today (CD8!! WTH?) I'm going to be really concerned. Maybe my doc needs a call too, but I don't really have one at the moment, which is a super long story. Just a PCP who I've only seen once since my old one retired and my gyn specializes in other issues and is sort of excited to pawn me off once I'm KUd cause he shouldn't really be my primary gyn at all. Gah.
