DH and I watch the show Undercover Boss on TLC, and i'm always so amazed at how no one ever knows that that is the CEO/owner/whatever. Imagine how large these business' must be..
Do you work for a company that your boss could go undercover in? Have you ever seen your CEO/company's owner?
If my boss went "undercover" I would laugh so hard, seeing as how I see him everyday, & everyone at this company has met him personally & see him everyday.
We have 27 employees.

I don't think that show is believable at all!

My husband works for a really large company where most probably wouldn't recognize the CEO. Even if they did recognize him they would still have no problem sharing their complaints and "ripping him a new one". Railroaders can be a tough group at times and they have no problem letting management know how they feel!

My company is pretty large, but the CEO sits in my office. We are a global company, but due to the extensive travel he does, most would recognize him. But think about the companies they feature. Most of these people wouldnt have interactions with the CEO on a frequent basis, especially if the CEO isnt consistently traveling to all sites. I can see it being believable

Our company is huge and the CEO is in Europe. I have no idea who he/she is or what he/she looks like, haha. So if they went undercover, I'd have no idea!

At the company I am at right now, I would know the President, just because he is in our office. But if he was in a different office, I would have no idea what he would look like. I think that show is very believable!

I work for a fairly large corporation and my cubicle is right next to the CEO's office. I'd be able to pick him out of the lot.

Our company is fairly big, but I would be able to pick our CEO and anyone from the Executive level out of a lineup for sure. I've had lunch meetings with most of them. I also am always surprised when people don't realize who they are working with!

That show makes me sad that the CEO is so disconnected from the reality of what their employees suffer... and how they think making a few token changes after living a day in the life of the worker is really going to change anything.

When I worked, for sure I'd be able to pick out the CEO and probably all of their direct reports and members of the BOD. I had a boss that thought it was really important that we know that stuff, esp. if we had shares that we could vote.

I work for a big corporation, and it would be really hard for them to disguise our CEO enough so that I didn't recognize him! But, I'm also suspicious by nature!
