K has outgrown her summer sleeveless undershirts so I need to pick up some more.
Do you prefer short-sleeved or sleeveless undershirts and why? I prefer sleeveless so they don't bunch up under L/S bodysuits and tops. But wondering if the little bit of short-sleeve is better for keeping them warm in the winter? But it might be extra thickness in the underarm area - especially under coats/jackets?

I get the tank tops and love them. They keep her torso warm and don't get bunched up under the sleeves of her shirts. If I'm worried about her staying warm, I just put a sweater or fleece on top of her ls tee shirt.

@locavore_mama: Carter's and Hanes sleeved undershirts. Carter's sleeveless onesies under dresses.
I use those Hanes camisoles under loose fitting tops.

I never even thought to get sleeveless ones, where do you but those? We use the t shirt type onesies.

Can I ask why you use undershirts? Seems like more snaps would be annoying?

I prefer sleeveless. Layering is so much easier to get on and it looks nicer/smoother. When it's chilly, I always put a cardigan over and never miss the extra underarm layer.

@Bao: In the summer I bought sleeveless ones with lace trim from Carter's and Baby Gap. Right now Carter's only has sleeveless ones in white in the boy section. Looks kind of like muscle tanks. lol

@Smurfette: Under tops and dresses that aren't fitted or stay down on the body all the time. Under thinner pj's. I just don't want her belly to get exposed to cold air.

@shopaholic: I never thought about it. But I probably should d. Like today she has on a Christmas shirt and jeans, but when she is crawling around the shirt rides up.

I prefer the sleeveless ones because her winter outfits are long sleeve already so it's easier to dress. The baby gap ones were my favorite. I hope Old Navy still has some because we need more too!

I always put her in long sleeve onsie under everything in the winter, especially at night. She wears a sleep sack and I don't want her arms cold!

@Smurfette: Yup! We have so many Baby Gap blouses that leave too much air around the tummy! Especially with these mobile babies now!
@Kimberlybee: Me too! I should have bought more of BG ones because I'm constantly doing laundry! IDK Old Navy had them too. Will check out the one next to Carter's today!
