I know uppababy products are pricey but their customer service is so worth it! we have a vista and after a few months the wheels were shaking. they sent me new wheels two days later. a few months later the problem came back. they sent me new wheels and a frame! we have the g-luxe and the latch fell off, one email later, and they are sending me a whole new stroller.
It really makes spending lots of money on baby products feel very worth it. Any other companies you love?
