I'm in need of a double stroller. I was hoping we wouldn't have to get one, but our recent outing was a disaster. Does anyone know if the UBV will fit in a sedan trunk with both seats?

Ours fits in the trunk of our Jetta, both seats plus the scooter board and bags (dismantled, obviously). And you didn't ask but in case you're on the fence, I LOVE our Vista. We had the 2013, when we needed a double we bought the BabyJogger because we didn't want to pay for the new Vista but we couldn't deal with it and ended up selling it before #2 was born and spending the money on the Vista, and I'm so glad we did.

@erinbaderin: I'm on the fence about it because of the price tag, and my toddler is 2.5. I'm not sure how long the toddler will need a stroller. How old are your kids?

We got it when W was born, and they were 26 months apart. They're now 13 months and just over 3 and we still get a good amount of use out of it, especially for places with a lot of walking like the zoo - it's great to be able to set them both up in the stroller with a snack and make some progress without stopping to climb on every rock along the way.

I just got the Contours Option Elite Tandom stroller and love it! It would fit in a sedan.

We have the Vista and rumble seat and they both fit in the trunk of our Nissan Altima. Granted, it's rather large but it works! I love our Vista. My youngest is nearly three and still asks to sit in it when we go out.

We have a 2.5 year old and a 1 year old and we have a Joovy Caboose with the add-on stroller seat (it was a total of $150) and its been great for those times we need a double. It fits in our cars fine. We started using it when DS2 was 6 months old. Both boys love it and it can turn into a sit and stand later when DS1 can deal with that freedom.
We have an UB Cruz and MB Nano for single options and while we considered the City Mini GT Double, we just couldn't swallow the price.

The rumble has a pretty low weight limit so you might check that out. But with a board it might be ok! Or put the baby in the rumble (but he rumble can only go on the bottom)
Also the new city select lux has a jump seat option. Might be worth checking out.

I ended up getting the Vista and so far it's been great! It fits in my sedan and LO1 really likes being in the stroller with the baby.
