I had the cup holder and it totally sucked. It eventually broke and was always down. The Vista is wide to begin with, so the cup holder made it even worse, especially because we live in a city known for it's small spaces. And unless they changed it, you can only place it on the outside.

I have the parent organizer now, and I like it much, much better. It's not perfect, but it's way better than the cup holder deal. And yes, you can fit a fountain drink in there!

We have the jolly jumper organizer as well. Cheaper and better.

We have the vista cup which I agree makes the stroller wider, and it can't be put on the inside. We also have the vista parent organizer which I think is fine; it holds a drink without it spilling and has multiple pockets. Plus IMO I think it looks nicer/sleeker than the jolly jumper one (which arguably is better).

I have the UB cupholder and I don't mind it. It does make the stroller crazy wide though, but we rarely use a stroller indoors. That being said, my husband HATES it. Every time he uses the stroller, he takes the cupholder off. I think we'll be investing in an organizer soon.

@hilsy85: I agree about the parent organizer looking nicer/sleeker. I think we'll go with the UB one for this reason. I wouldn't mind the jolly jumper one as much if it didn't say "Jolly Jumper" in huge, bright letters across it!

We had the Sunshine Kids organizer and it was great because it was big and you could fit two cups (or sippy cups, or bottles, etc) in it. Then you could throw your keys, cell phone, whatever else in there too. It's not that attractive though. We got the parent organizer as a gift with #2 and it is really nice looking, but there's no compartment you can throw things into other than the cupholder. The other compartments are kind of more like flat pockets. Not easy to get keys or something else in there. Also, we use the piggyback board and you can't use any organizer with that-- the kid's head is in the way. We just pull it off and throw it into the car and use the basket organizing pockets in that case.

Any organizer or cupholder will spill if the cup is full! But the parent organizer one is pretty good. It stretches to fit any cup and it keeps it upright very well.

@andrea86: if you go over bumps and you have a cup of coffee, it will spill (overflow out the hole in the lid). But I'm pretty sure that's true for any cup holder.

@LivsMama: do you mean when the seat is facing away from you? We've only used the bassinet and the toddler seat facing toward us; so far it's been ok!

@hilsy85: yes, sorry, should have clarified. When the toddler seat is facing outward away from you, you cant recline it with the organizer. So frustrating

@lawbee11: mine doesn't have the big tacky jolly jumper letters on it! that would've drove me crazy too. It still says jolly jumper but in black stitching.

@andrea86: I have the Cruz and love our Britax parent organizer. The cup holder is great for tall drinks but soda cans spill bc the cup holder is so deep. Otherwise it works great for us. I can't remember if the Vista comes with one but we did spring for the bumper bar and love it.

@gingerbebe: Does it hold like iced coffee type cups?

I just put my bottle of water in the pocket of the basket. I don't typically carry anything with me that can spill, and the pocket does a good job of holding it upright anyway.
