Hmmm...not really anymore. We used to have Borders but Barnes and Nobles bought them.

There was one when I lived in VA - it was the best book store

I like Half Price Books. They're used books but usually in really good condition. The last few books I bought were practically new!

I usually go to half.com first, ebay's bookstore. I've gotten some things there that i would never know weren't new.
