I remember the post from a week ago about how expensive vaccines were. I thought this article gave an interesting perspective from the doctors' side of it.

Oh man that's it right! "Pfizer, the sole manufacturer, had revenues of nearly $4 billion from its Prevnar vaccine line last year, about double what it made from high-profile drugs like Lipitor and Viagra, which now face generic competitors." That sucks that they are the sole manufacturer of Prevnar!

I like the line at the end that they sell it to a WHO initiative for $3.30 a dose.
