I hang mine! (they don't go in the dryer)

Noe of the above. I lay them neatly on top of each other facing in the same direction and put them in my drawer that way.

I was taught to fold (in thirds, then fold the crotch up in half), but that's too silly and time consuming.

Also, most times, I just rewear the same 7 pair each week and don't ever put them away.

I do laundry on Sundays and hang 5 outfits for the week in my bathroom so I don't have to worry about what to wear in the morning. I hang my underwear over the hanger with each outfit. I don't end up having laundry left (because I put away hanging stuff...so only a couple camis, underwear, and pjs) so I leave them in a pile until the pile gets too big.

I just shove it in the drawer lol

@kiddosc: I used to fold them the way @marym described but this way is so much neater and easier. I think it really depends on your laundry though! I'm pretty good with keeping up with the laundry so there are never more than 8 or so pairs of underwear to fold at a time.

@Anya: I looked at a tutorial, and the only difference I saw was that I only fold the crotch up once, not in thirds.

Hahaha! I used to fold mine, back when I wore makeup and did crafts. Now I've got three drawers worth of stuff crammed into one, the toddler has taken my art supplies, and the 18 month old has run off with the makeup kit and hidden bits of it in her toys. My life is so disorganized.

I fold them the way @MaryM: was taught, although I do the crotch first and then the sides over in thirds.

Throw them in a drawer! Who has time to fold underwear?

I always just throw them in the drawer. My husband's get thrown in too, but he takes the time after I've put away laundry to fold his underwear. His mother also folds hers. Weird thing to know, I guess, but we lived with them briefly when we first got married so we'd sort of share laundry duty sometimes.

I didn't even start wearing matching socks until my husband insisted, lol. I was raised in a barn!

Mine get thrown in to the drawer in a ball. Hubs folds his. I fold D's and imagine I'll fold A's when she's old enough.

haha... I was always a folder. But lately with 4 of us and seemingly endless amounts of laundry, I'm moving more into the throw-it-all-in-a-pile category.

Pre kids, I was a definite folder, in color order.
Post kids....thrown in the drawer is as good as it gets. Heck, I'm lucky if they make it into the drawer.

@kiddosc: @Anya: @Anya: I do this too, but had no idea it was a specific method! I actually tuck the crotch in so it's a perfect little envelope. We lived overseas and had a housekeeper who did this for me, and after that, I was hooked (and still do it for myself). I don't bother for the kids, though - they get stacks b/c I try to have them do their own.

I fold DH's and hang mine on a hanger.
