What kind of video monitor do you have and what are the pros and cons? Trying to nail one down to buy soon!

we have the motorola one, a lot of people on here have that same one. it allows you to expand by adding more cameras. its a two way system so your baby can hear you too, it has night vision, and tells you the room temperature and also plays music

@Mrsbells: @banana: which one? one is a little pricier than the other - is the main difference in those models the screen size?

@coacheswife123: I have the larger screen one and the main difference (i think) is that the larger one has a bigger screen size and it pivots/tilts. I don't think the smaller one pivots/tilts. Let me tell you though, I love that feature. For a newborn, you may not need it so much since you have it just pointing to the crib or whatever. But if you plan on using it long term, it's AWESOME for a toddler's room. When my son is playing in his room, i can follow him around the room to see what he's up to!

We have the samsung that is sold at Target. It was $200. It doesn't tilt or pan, but we won't use that anyways. I love it and think that it works great.

We have the motorola one as well, the one that pans. We love it so far!
