Yet another sleep post! I tried to do a search for this but wasn't sure what to search for! LO has been STTN for about 3 weeks now (he usually wants to start the day at 5.30, but if that's the first I've seen of him since bedtime then I'm not complaining!)

The last few nights he's been waking up around 2am, on his front. He's usually a back or side sleeper, and only learned to roll back to front a few weeks ago. Last night I saw him on the monitor turn onto his front around 9pm, but he slept there happily til 2ish when he woke up crying. When I came over I could see that he was desperately trying to pull up onto all fours. He wasn't particularly upset, but I then spent 2 hours trying to coax him back to sleep!

I assume this is a crawling developmental thing, but wondering if there's anything I can do to help him - or if it's just a case of wait it out? He does try to pull up into a crawl during the day, but he never gets as close as he does at night - just ends up sliding backwards!
