One of my son's cheeks is warm and pink. The other is fine. He doesn't have a temp and is in normal spirits. Are warm pink cheeks a sign of teething? He's 5 months old

So weird...Holden had this exact thing today. I kept checking to see if he had a temp! It was on the same side that I'm thinking might get a tooth soon too.

@cram88: Yep it's the same side as the side Tyler seems to be shoving objects towards, too. Only time will tell!

I think it does. C has the same thing going on and I can tell shes got a tooth coming in on that side.

My Mom says it does. When I mentioned teething it was the first thing she said "watch for flushed cheeks". I didn't think too much of it, but now I'm really wondering!

E had that a few weeks ago, I'm pretty sure it's teething related, though she has yet to pop a tooth.

Hm, interesting, I didn't know this! S had super pink cheeks today and she just cut her bottom front teeth a couple of days ago.

LO is 4 months old and had red cheeks all day yesterday. I've been constantly checking her temp because she's been extraordinarily fussy the last few days. If it is a tooth, I hope it pops out soon so she can eat normally again.
