When you transitioned back to work?
LO barely lets me put him down when I get home. He screams bloody murder unless I'm holding him. He just wants to nurse and snuggle. It melts my heart that he misses me and I'm enjoying every snuggle
Was your LO super clingy? Did they become less so as you settled into a new routine with working/daycare?

we're going through the clingy phase (please let it be a phase) now. When my nanny comes she plays with LO and then I tell her I'm leaving and she will take her to the kitchen to look out the window and I run away. Yes I'm running away but she doesnt cry and doesnt notice I leave. It works for us.
DD also goes to daycare 2 days a week and when I drop her off the daycare attendant takes her to where the kids are, I stay by the door and when she is not looking I make my exit.
