My mom was soooo nosy when I was in high school. She always tried to snoop in my room which was odd because I was a pretty good kid!

omg, so nosy. I had to have multiple fights with both my mom and dad about opening my mail, even when I was home from college. When I was little my mom encouraged us to write in diaries, and I now know it was so that she could read them!

SOOOO nosy! She still is! I used to constantly fight with her about her nosiness, especially in high school.

Nope - she's the complete opposite, sometimes to the point of being MIA!

Ugh, insanely so. She would interrogate me every time I went out, from the people I was with, to their & their parents' #s, the personal things going on in my friends' lives, etc. When I was on the computer she would stand over my shoulder reading my IMs and chats, and would read (up through college!) my mail, my bank statements, and my phone call records. It was kind of a nightmare being a teenager around her, honestly.

If my parents were nosy, the were extremely discrete because I didn't notice. But then again, I was such a good girl, they didn't have much to snoop for... (nerd alert)

YEP. Super nosy. To the point that I couldn't trust her with anything! She'd also get super upset and offended if I commented about her "going through my things". She always swore she wasn't, lol. But she was!

@mrs. wagon: bahahaha sneaky!!
it honestly never occurred to me that my mom might read my diary. I guess I thought my underwear drawer was super creative for a hiding place. oh god. funny thing is, we kept them all - they are so hilarious and embarrassing to read now!

Yup, and I was such a good/boring kid. She didn't even have to snoop.

@mrs. wagon: OMG, my mom would read my diary too! Actually, it was my daily "assignment" to write in it, and then she would "check/read" it. Ugh, is it any wonder that my entries were like, "Today I had pizza for lunch!" Grrrr...
