We'll be in DC for the first week of March for a soccer tournament.
I will most likely skip *most of* my husband's games if the weather isn't warm enough because LO will only be 4.5m but, I'd like to pack proper clothing for a game or two at least.
Also, we will probably be walking a lot to/from restaurants and he will be in a stroller so I need to know how to dress him for that as well.
Weather.com says it's like 45s-50s usually. Is that true? 45-50 in MI is warm because we really don't have a ton of rain or overcast.

DC is weird weather wise. It could be cold, like very cold. It has snowed sometimes in March (rare, but can happen). Or it can be mild 40s - 50s or it can be warm. So, long story short, who knows! Right now, it's cold but the past weekend it was unseasonably warm.

@littlek: It's been oddly warm & inconsistent here too this week. I guess i'll check back with you (via your wall) a day or 2 before we leave MI, as I plan LO's outfits. Is that OK?

@Turtledoves - I'm in Richmond, which is about 1.5 hours south of DC (minus traffic). I agree with @LittleK - weather is all over the place that time of year. I would pack plenty of layerable items, that should help a lot.
What soccer tournament? For adults? My hubby plays soccer too! I did too before baby, not sure if I'm coming out of retirement. -
I'd definitely pack layers. I think if the sun is shining, and it's in the 40s-50s, it can be warm. But in the shade, it's chilly. It's almost 40 in the city today, super blue sky and sunny, and it was SO cold in the shade. Have a great trip! Let me know if you need any tips on restaurants, places to see, etc.!

@CarrieLouWho: same here:) Love me some soccer. I was all soccer before LO, even coached. I am taking a long break now;) I can't remember the name right off the top of my head but my husband's owns a share of Vardar so he goes down with the teams sometimes and watches. His brother plays for one team so we go to those, or we try.

@Weagle: thank you! & I do:) I've only ever been in DC in either the dead of winter of middle of summer when the weather was obvious:) also never with a baby so that'll be different. I can't wait though:)
