My 4-month-old LO constantly has her hands in her mouth now, so I'm always stressing about how to keep them clean. I use a wet washcloth to wash them throughout the day. Do you think that's enough? Should I be using soapy water?

At daycare they actually wash their hands with soap (foam soap) and water after every diaper change (which is every 2 hours). At home I just use the washcloth unless its a big mess and I bring her to the sink.
