The combination of daycare, no time to eat well/exercise, and disturbed sleep means that one of us is always sick lately, and we seem to just pass our germs around to each other.
I am sitting here at work with the worst nausea and absolutely cannot take any more time off because I have missed so much already with maternity leave and doctor visits/illnesses since I've been back.
Ugh. What can we do to improve the health in our household?
I would start taking a probiotic since the bulk of our immune system is in our gut. Also Vit D is essential for good immunity (taken along some cal-mag to help absorbtion).
