my 5.5 month old has two teeth on the bottom... one is clearly white and cut through and I can see the other...
i seriously almost had a mommy meltdown yesterday over how fast my baby is growing!!!! :*(((
he's done really well so far... woke up one time this past wknd, but still sleeping thru, and for the most part his normal, happy self... had a 3 hour nap yest! :O...

LO has the shadow of a tooth on the bottom, but it's been like that for a month, so who knows when it will actually pop through!

Neat! DS has this little hole looking thing on his gums so I have no clue when the tooth is going to break through. The nurse at his ped appt yesterday said his gums were a bit swollen so I think he's definitely teething.

Yay! But I'm sorry mama. ((hugs)) It's so bittersweet to realize that they are growing up . . . milestones, growing out of clothes, transitioning into solid foods . . . totally makes me a blubbery mess.
My LO is 7.5 months and still no teeth yet . . . although I did have to put away all of her 3 month clothes the other day . . . *sigh*

My LO is almost 8 months old. He cut his first two a couple of weeks ago where we could see it. Within days of that, his top two teeth began working their way down. A day or so ago, his bottom left tooth has started to cut through. We had a bad Saturday with little sleep and lots of wakeups due to teething. Last night was the first night in a few days where he slept pretty well through it.

@swurlygurl: Even though teething sucks big time, teeth are pretty fun. LO has gone crazy for puffs in the past few days. He didn't have any interest in them until his top teeth started peeking through and the bottoms popped.

wow!! omg, what a big boy! LO chows down on our fingers (his favorite) and his little gums seem sharp - I wonder if any are coming through? but no teeth yet!

Awwwww - That milestone broke my heart, too. She got her first tooth right before she turned 5 months. Now she has 16 of them (at 14 months) and I can't picture her as my little baby anymore

How exciting! Our pedi could feel his first two at 4.5 months but they didn't erupt until just after 5 months. And then within the next month 6 more popped through.

DD cut a tooth yesterday and another today. I can see another 4 or so peeking through, but not cut yet. She is 7 months old and we haven't had any issues at all. DS was a bad teether though!

Dd is 7 months and is still toothless! Lol. I'm pretty sure one is finally going to come through in a week or two though. She has been chewing a ton in that area, she's fussier, waking at night fussing... At least I hope that's all it is!

Right there with you mama. LO cut her first tooth last week just shy of 5 months old and of course, I can see the second popping through just this morning.
Two little teeth - I think it will make them look so funny! Glad to have another Nov. '12 mommy with an early teether!
