@Mae: my florist put the one flower I hated in everything.
The beer we ordered from a local brewery was recalled a few days before because the bottles exploded. They sent another called "The Love," so I'm sure everyone thought we were super cheesy!

Our pugs were in our wedding photos and we realized we only brought one leash. Our photographer fashioned two leashed out of rope she had in her (amazing) emergency suitcase and now proudly has leashes in there. (See pic- one blue leash, two ropes!)

We had a really tiny elopement and the day-of DH went out to pick up the beer and wine for the "reception" at our place. Locked his keys AND his cellphone in the trunk of the car and had to wait two hours for AAA to come and get his car open. Luckily his best man was with him so I was in the loop. The wedding was a little later than planned, but there were only six people total at it, so it wasn't a huge deal.

We had too many people assigned to one table so they had to find seats at another table - oops.

The two youngest nephews were in charge of pulling the runner down the aisle. Apparently it was pretty heavy and didn't pull smoothly so, it took their mom, my aunt and my brother to help them pull it down the aisle. I was wondering what was taking so long because I could hear the violinist playing the same song FOREVER. My MOH was all, "It's fine! It's fine! Everything is FINE!" which told me it wasn't but I didn't care. I'm glad our photographers captured it and that everyone was laughing about it.

-We never brought out the red wine on accident
-We forgot a bottle opener for the bottles of beer and root beer
-Our best man forgot his pants....in CA- the wedding was in WI. He didn't realize until it was time to get dressed!
-The caterers removed all the plates and silverware really early and left, so we had to eat cake off a napkin with our hands
-during cleanup someone gave our leftover cake to the security guard so we didn't get to bring any home
But everyone still said it was the best wedding ever!

My florist forgot the piece of my mom's wedding dress that was supposed to go around my bouquet. She had to drive an hour back home and another hour back and almost didn't make it in time for the ceremony
My 3 yo niece and flower girl somehow got a hold of my dad's car keys from the rental and hid them. All of the programs and ribbon wands were in the car. Later we found out the car was actually unlocked and they were brought to the reception.
Someone spilled red wine down my dress at cocktail hour. Never figure out who.
Otherwise, things went pretty smoothly.
ETA: I almost forgot. My MIL got really drunk at our rehearsal dinner and told me that my FIL said that night that he was going to leave her if she didn't get her act together. Never told DH about that.

I can't talk about my wedding without getting upset because so many things went wrong... it was small and informal and very uncoordinated. We had to fake communion because someone forgot to set it up, my cake almost slid apart because it got hot really fast, my dad ran home (just around the corner) and cut up some of his arrows to stick into the center to hold it together... and almost everyone left before we cut the cake or did anything else.
But then I was the cause of an oops at my friends wedding, I was the moh and in charge of the grooms ring and accidently forgot it in the dressing room. In my defense I was nearly 9 months pregnant and had to wrangle my daughter (flower girl) our bouquets and help hold her train up as we walked around the church. Thankfully our pastor is a quick thinker and very discreetly slipped his own ring off his finger and gave it to her to put on the groom... I almost cried I felt so bad!

Our aisle runner completely broke not even halfway down the aisle. The ushers made it work, but it was not as easy as it should have been.
The trolley driver sort of forgot that he needed to come back to the hotel to get me and the bridesmaids after he dropped the groom/groomsmen off at the church.
Left my garter in the hotel suite upstairs and my mom had to run and get it, and she missed the my dance with my dad.
Florist messed up our flower order, using an old/rejected proposal, and the arrangements/bouquets were not at all what we paid for.
My husband ripped off part of my sash as well. One of my bridesmaids had to sew it back on.

We were supposed to have a secular ceremony but the officiant (my stepdad) slipped in a prayer.

We had a few... but these are the ones I remember the most
-We had a trolley for transportation and apparently it was WAY slower than a limo or car- so it was WAY late picking up the girls after dropping the boys off at the church- I was about 40 minutes late to the ceremony!
- I totally forgot to bring the bible my mom carried down the aisle with my to the ceremony... my mom was so sad.... I felt horrible!
