We are going to a summer wedding and our LO will be about 7 weeks, depending on how close he comes to our due date. It will be hot in July and the venue is elegant casual on a lake town in the bride's parent's back yard (about 300 people). Any ideas for a sweet but comfortable outfit for a boy? I've looked all over etsy but would love to see other ideas!

I'll be following this! Apparently we have the same life haha. DS will be about 10 weeks (depending on when he actually comes) for my BIL's wedding. I've been wondering the same thing.....

Love what t mom posted! Just don't buy anything you can't return till baby's here- I have a bunch of cute summer clothes for my baby that he's already outgrown (and its snowing outside). He's growing way faster than I could've imagined!

@maybebaby: more importantly, what are YOU wearing to the wedding? i have a wedding 6 weeks after my due date this summer and i'm already freaking out about what to wear. i can't try on dresses now with a huge bump, and i doubt i'll want to go dress shopping shortly after birth.

@softcream: GREAT question, I hadn't even thought about that. I am hoping to breastfeed, so who knows what my post-partum/new boob body will look like. It will be hot, so something breezy with access to chest and forgiving around the belly--maybe a cotton patterned maxi dress?

We got him a button up plaid shirt over a cute pair of grey shorts--we found it at babies r us. Size 0-3.I personally prefer shopping in person for cute baby things (and also for myself).
