I failed to go to the grocery store yesterday so we're having a lazy dinner - cheese tortellini with a jar of chunky veggie sauce and salads.

I didn't get to go grocery shopping yesterday either so I'm thinking about being super lazy and just making rice with chinese sausage and eggs or heating up some of MIL's stuffed chicken drumsticks (how she makes these still fascinates me because they look like a real drumstick, but it's all meat and no bones. She stuffs them herself!) and Cambodian sausage.

We've got a chicken creation in the slowe cooker- hopefully it isn't a total disaster when I get home. Bone in chicken breasts, carrots, onions, mushrooms and potatoes. Covered in some of my tomato sauce and a little veggie broth to keep it juicy. I'm hoping to get 2 dinners out of this one!

we also didn't go grocery shopping....but i had a brisket still that needed to be cooked, so corned beef, potatoes, carrots and cabbage are being cooked in the crock pot right now!

We had taco pizza last night, and I made LOTS of taco meat, so we can do burritos for dinner if we want. I think DH wants the leftover pizza, though. Basically, random night.

Wow looks like a lot of us slacked on grocery shopping yesterday. I don't feel as guilty now! haha. DH is going to pick up stuff for tacos on his way home from work so looks like tonight is taco night at our house!
