It's been a long time. LO is 13 months old. I've been thinner than I was before I got pregnant for a month or two but I was adding lean muscle and trying to make a whole lifestyle change so it took a bit of time. I've lost 10 lb since April 8, which isn't a large amount, but it's been a slow change.
I got on the scale this morning and was FINALLY at my pre-pregnancy weight. I've been stuck about a pound above it for a while and I finally broke through. I cut out sweets a couple of days ago and it seems to be working. So I've reached my first weight loss goal and have lost 25% of my ultimate goal of 40 lb. I just wanted to share because I was so excited this morning!
