Nope! I was silent. I didn't get my epidural until RIGHT before it was time to push and felt all the transition hell but didn't make a noise at all. I never said anything. DH tried to rub my back at one point (thinking it would help) and I slapped his hand away and grunted. He said he had a hard time not laughing bc I sounded like a cave woman!
After my epidural I was chatty effing Cathy tho! Cookie recipes, talking about my bowling league, etc. the nurses were cracking up about how night/day I was!

My epidural wore off and so I was quite loud. However, I would get yelled at for yelling during the pushes since that would use up some of the force I should have been using to push. So, I pushed, and then let out a scream at the end.

With DS I was fairly quiet.
With DD, I only labored for 45 minutes but it was excruciating. I went from 5-10cm in 15 minutes and didn't have time for an epi. I was both screaming and crying because the pain was just unbearable.

i was loud because i was vocalizing loud hums and then it turned into screaming to open all the sphincters, ina may style.

I was concerned about being loud, and asked my nurse repeatedly if I was being too loud. I didn't really make noise until I was pushing, and then it was like a loud grunting.

I did grunt with pushing and there was definitely some whimpering with the pitocin contractions. No screaming though. I really wouldn't have found that helpful.

I screamed while pushing. Had the sorest throat/raspy voice afterwards and took a while for me to figure out why! lol
Before pushing I just moaned and cried. Haha

No I was pretty quiet. The nurse told me to be quiet during pushing and just concentrate on breathing and bearing down. I ended up losing my voice though, probably from grunting.

I was quiet. I was in too much pain to do anything but focus on surviving lol but I did this weird grunting/squeaking sound when I was pushing lol

I only grunted loudly during the last few pushes trying to get my stuck baby out of the birth canal after 5 hours of pushing. I was exhausted and didn't really have control over myself by that point. I remember grunting loudly and thinking "is that noise coming from me?" like some out-of-body experience lol

Oh my goodness, yes. I was yelling during the whole thing. Screaming for a c-section, crying that I couldn't do it, etc.
Afterwards, I asked the nurse why I couldn't hear any other women on the floor. She said it was because they had epidurals, but that EVERYONE could hear me.
