So we are about a month away to start TTC, but today I woke up and got the urge to start now.

Well, I decided I should just wait.

I had the flu last weekend and that was followed by a sinus infection, so I haven't been completely healthy. (Usually, I am. I can't remember the last time I was this sick.) Well, last night I had a minor allergic reaction to some medicine I was taking. It felt like my throat was swelling up. After a late night trip to the ER, I was given some benedryl and some steroid medication (prednisone). After realizing that anti-inflammatory medications is one of the drugs you should stay away from during a pregnancy, I decided to wait to start TTC. I think I should wait til I'm off the prednisone. Too bad I'm suppose to be ovulating, right now. Oh, well.

Anyway back to the question, were you on any medication when you found out you were pregnant? I google this question this morning and found quite a few people who were sick or on medication when they conceived and they ended up having completely heathly children.
