I don't have daycare experience and haven't made use of a wetbag yet, but we just bought one from Babysteals for $12--it was a lot cheaper than the Planetwise one on our registry. I bet they have them in the archives still if you're in the wetbag market!

We use these Bummis Tote Bags, in size Medium:

We got a few of them since they are cheap, so I never have to worry that one isn't dry for the next day.
Our daycare requires us to put the wetbag in a mini step trashcan, like the size you put in a bathroom. I found one at Walmart for like $5! It's working out well.

I really like the Itzy Ritzy Wet Happened wetbag and the Swaddlebees wetbag. I personally didn't care for the Planetwise bags as I didn't think they held in odor very well.

I really like my Grovia bags. I have two (I wash every other day). They are draw string which my daycare provider perfers over the zipper.
Also, I wouldn't spend much because at our daycare they are just kept on the floor next to the trash can. Ours are just PUL, no fabric so that helps keep them a bit cleaner looking.
