It doesn't matter how many times J has fallen and hurt himself by standing in the bathtub, but he still spends 90% of bath time standing and walking around. He knows the word and sign for sit, he just doesn't listen. Tonight he is trying a new trick: climbing out of the bathtub! And he easily could... Ugh...

at 18 months my daughter is pretty good about it. She had a few sad falls on the tile floor recently when it was wet, and now she walks over it really carefully saying 'Bebe CAREFUL' over and over. Super cute and kind of tragic.

@Mrs. Pen: Oh god, seriously, it is. Little baby voices are so adorable. My husband and I are constantly imitating the cute things she walks around saying. She has recently started to refer to herself in the third person and everything is 'Bebe this' 'Bebe that'. God, it kills me.

@sarac: Cobi just said "peek a boo" for the first time tonight but it would be indecipherable to anyone else... but to me it was the most precious sound of syllables!! aghhh what these children do to us
