I've always heard Mama! I guess it depends on who is singing it? And I can only ever remember a couple of lines before I have to start making up ridiculous lyrics of my own

Whoever is singing! So for us it is either Momma or Daddy.

@PermaStudent: When my mom used to sing it to me, she'd sing it as "Papa's" but apparently "Mama's" is much more common (as I found out at my baby shower last weekend)
My DH insists that it's "Daddy's", but that just sounds weird to me.
