I feel like I am running out of food ideas. It’s just LO1(2.5yo) and I that eat during. the week. DH buys and is at work. LO2 is breastfed.

Soooo, this is what we eat- turkey meatballs, waffles,eggs,pasta,rice, broccoli, spinach, chicken, salmon, tofu, fruits, quinoa, chicken nuggets, cereal, carrots, peppers (all colors), black bean dip, salsa.

He is selective but eats all the above. I will eat other things and offer but he declines.

What else can I make? Eat? He has a veggie every night(the above), protein, carb...

Is this okay and I just continue to mix it up as I do....? I send the meals to school with him too for lunch. He’s not taking a PBJ just a PB once in awhile lol.
