I'm a total coffee snob! I won't drink the coffee at work cause I think it's gross and only buy high quality stuff. It's my little splurge.
My husband is a pizza and water snob. I suppose that's typical for someone born and bred in New York

I can't think of anything.
Maybe water. I don't like drinking it from the tap. I won't refuse it though.

@Mrs. Pen: hahah I don't get the water snob part for your DH!? NYC water sucks!
I'm a food snob and I don't care. People can call me crazy, confused, all high and mighty. They can suck it.

Food. And lots of other things, actually. But especially food.

Food related, cheese and beef.
Everything else, probably techie crap no one cares about! Oh and watches. Swiss only.

Coffee, water, ranch, mayonnaise. Put kraft in front of me and I'd rather go hungry! Hellmans and hidden valley, only!!!

Wine and beer. I don't say anything to others but DH and i will to one another. I'm more of a snob about it when people claim to be big wine lovers/know-it-alls but they're drinking x wine.

@septca: Yeah I honestly could write a list. But Handbags came to mind first. Don't be ashamed

@looch: hahaha DH's BFF is Android and Linux (?) all the way! I have so many techy onesies I want to buy them if they have a baby!

@locavore_mama: that's probably why! He tasted the difference in every single bottled water type!! We have a water filter and he is finally happy with how it tastes.
Oh yeah- forgot he's a cheese snob too lol

I was going to say coffee! I don't drink coffee at work either.
And clothes (not really the brand because I love me some Target clothes, but I don't like buying clothes from consignment shops) because I'm a germophobe. I know this is irrational because clothes can be washed, but I just can't do it!

@Mrs. Pen: I definitely know the difference between certain water bottles. Aquafina and Dasani are gross! Damnit, am i water snob too?
GOLD / wonderful pomegranate / 28905 posts
@lawbee11: what about used? Or just consignment?

Orange juice. No store brand juice for me.
ETA: Also, ketchup. I like organic ketchup, and if I can't have that, I always get Heinz. Hunts is nasssssty.

@locavore_mama: I've bought some things from the Classifieds before and we got a bunch of hand-me-downs from my SIL for LO, so if it's stuff from someone I "know" then I'm ok with it. But I wouldn't join a Facebook group with strangers and buy clothes from them (I know...weird!).
Oh, and Ebay...just can't do it.

Eating in the street. I think it's really crass and refuse to do it unless I'm at some sort of street based food festival or something......

Also I just can't handle used/second hand shopping. I get grossed out. Obviously there are exceptions to this like, cars, art, wood/hard furniture that can be refinished, and things that come from friends or family members.

I honestly can't think of anything!! Nothing tangible, anyway. Does being a grammar snob count?

Handbags, only Heinz ketchup, and vehicles. Not that I need luxury because I don't, but I hate riding in something that is old/dirty/ect.

Beer - I blame it on coming of age in a place with tons of great microbreweries.

@lawbee11: I love Target clothes, some of them. I wish that the Merona cardigans weren't so clingy/spandex-y. I like them, but they make me look fatter than I am. I got lucky with LOFT recently. Their cardigans fit so much better. There's been some ridiculous sales, so I just got two cardigans pretty cheaply.

@locavore_mama: actually NYC has some of the highest quality water in the country. Partly why the pizza and bagels are so good.
I'm def a bag snob, oh and the aforementioned pizza and bagels

@fancyfunction: LOL not when I grew up....stuff was nasty. I wouldn't even drink it filtered.
GOLD / wonderful coffee bean / 18478 posts
@fancyfunction: I thought the same about the water!
I am also a snob of too many things, probably. Product of living in Hawaii, NYC and London!
