I am really craving chili without beans. Which is odd, since I've never had chili without beans. Maybe I will go to the grocery store at lunch and throw some things into the slow cooker!
What are you cooking tonight?

Yum. Fall and football always put me in the mood for chili. And I never have beans in mine!!
I think we'll do chicken fajitas tonight. Since I've been on modified bed rest one of my friends is stopping buy with some food for us tonight but I don't know if it's fresh or frozen. If it's fresh we'll probably just eat that tonight and the fajitas tomorrow.

@travelingbrit: Sometimes those men surprise you. My husband isn't great in the kitchen on his own but since I've been pregnant he has taken over a lot of the cooking. I've found that if I sit on the couch (our kitchen is open to the living room) and help walk him through making the meal he's actually a lot more skilled than I gave him credit for.

Making chicken pot pie, though I'm wishing I had just gotten a pre-made crust so I didn't have to bother with rolling out the dough and all.

I'm on my own for dinner tonight, so probably something quick. I have chicken out, so I'll prob sautee them with some seasoning and have green beans on the side. Boring I know! But it's no fun cooking for 1 person!

Not sure yet, but there is chicken breasts defrosting in the sink right now. So chicken something
