I made a few cheese balls as appetizers. Everything else is coming in via other people

We're hosting DH's family, so we're cooking the bird and making the stuffing, dressing, and mashed potatoes from scratch. Phew. I also made a couple of my great-grandmother's chocolate silk pies with homemade whipped cream. Mmmmm raw eggs....
My mom has mono, so we're also going to make chicken soup for her from the leftover stock and stuffing ingredients. Not bad for being nine months pregnant and hosting our first Thanksgiving!

We're celebrating with friends too. They're making the turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, & a pumpkin pie. I'm making green bean casserole, sweet potato souffle, pistachio torte, and another pumpkin pie. I'm actually making two pumpkin pies because DH insists that he needs one all to himself! Oh, and we're bringing the dinner rolls!
@squid: Your menu sounds so good! You definitely have me with those last three!!

@Sweet T: Thanks! The compliment's particularly sweet, because the last three and the duck are the only dishes I chose to make...the rest are specific requests from the family.

I made some candies to take down to LA, but we're doing a restaurant for the meal, and then just goodies or snacks where we're staying after.

BIL wants to do everything so we are bringing artichokes and stuffed mushrooms. At our friends' potluck Thanksgiving Delayed next weekend, we are bringing the turkey and gravy.

Bah humbug! Nothing I totally forgot that Thanksgiving is today, I thought it was next week! I wasn't planning anything big this year since I'm so tired, but I was kinda hoping to be able to cook a few things just for us.
One of the disadvantages of living in a country that doesn't celebrate is it's super easy to lose track.

Its just DH, me, and the kids this year. I wanted to do something smaller and maybe not a turkey, but DH wasn't having it. SO, I am cooking a turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, greens beans, rolls, and a cherry pie

We are going to my dads family (we alternate my parents sides because DH's fam doesn't do holidays). Since LO is 8 weeks they let me off the hook to not bring anything!

We're having turkey, loaded mashed potatoes (with cheese and bacon), peas, asparagus, cranberry sauce, crescent rolls, stuffing, and pumpkin cheesecake.

Nothing, absolutely nothing! We're going to my parents' first around noon, and then DHs family around 6, and both told us not to bring anything! Although I will be helping my mom and sister prep and cook.

We're hosting, so pretty much everything. We have a 20lb turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, roasted veggies, green bean casserole, corn pudding, homemade dinner rolls, two homemade pumpkin pies...and I'm sure I forgot something! My husband loves hosting and tends to go a bit overboard. Our guests are each bringing a dish too. We are going to have sooo many leftovers.

Absolutely nothing.
Well I guess that's not true, I helped prepare a teeny tiny bit yesterday but I was so busy with LO that I didn't get to do much. I made the cheese tray.
