DH is working so its just me, wondering what to eat for dinner, need something simple!

Brown rice and stir fry. Quick and easy.

I think Buffalo Balls (ground turkey, bleu cheese, cream cheese, Frank's sauce...) and mac and cheese. Maybe. DH and DS are both napping at the moment, and I haven't given it a ton of thought yet.

Whenever we make my family's recipe for pasta sauce, we make extra and freeze it. Since I've been grading all day and DH has been building shelves for our basement, we're just going to defrost some sauce and have it with spaghetti or the frozen mushroom ravioli we made.

I'm eating chili cheese dip w/ tortilla chips lol...not really a dinner but DH is at work, LO just went to bed and I'm tired...plus we have nothing to make.

i made some chicken drumsticks that didn't turn out so well. the paleo creamed spinach wasn't that good either because it was so coconut-y, but charlie liked it. the best part was i made paleo blueberry muffins with charlie. he loved it and they were yummy!

I made spicy chicken curry for DH and me.
Chicken noodle soup for LO. She barely ate any so I gave her avocado, clementines and some yogurt! -
I made veggie meatloaf (that I made up the recipe for as I went and it was AWESOME!), mashed potatoes, and a cucumber salad.
