I am such a beach person, and I haven't been to the beach much since having kids (since DD2 hates the feeling of sand on her feet), so I'm itching to get back to the sand. I think we'll head down to the beach this Sunday for a quick trip to try it out.

Pool/Beach. I prefer the pool because there is less wind and sweat. Our pool has a great kiddie area so I look forward to going to it and not having to get in every minute!

Last summer we had a beach house and it was so nice, but sort of limitin since we always felt we had to be there since there was an end to it (lease). We only have it till the end of June this year when our lease is up.
So I'm looking forward to being in the city and doing all of the things we didn't do last year because he was too young or because we were at the shore so much. I have a long list of things I want to start doing with him July 1st! His age and being on 1 nap feels so liberating! -

I'm counting down the days for our big family beach vacation. He really fell in love with the beach on our last trip two summers ago, and I think he's going to have such a blast! And when we get home we'll be planning his birthday party...he has so many opinions about it this year! He wants a round, chocolate circle cake with chocolate and vanilla frosting, and strawberry cupcakes with vanilla frosting and vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting, and he's already invited pretty much everyone at school, classmates and teachers, lol!

Everything! I live in the NE so summer weather only lasts for so long! Beach, pool, BBQs, walks, zoo, aquarium... Bring it on!!

Going to the farmers market - I love peach and blueberry season.

We have one vacation planned and one trip in the works. Other than that, I'm looking forward to all the outdoor activities that our city had to offer.

I'm excited to experience the summer with DD for the first time. Also going to the pool, family trip to the beach, visiting my mom and MIL next month, DH's birthday.

I'm excited to just relax in the park with lo! Our closest playground has an awesome water feature that she was a little scared of last summer, I can't wait to see if she's more excited about it this year

Having a baby and adjusting to being a family of 4. Also DD being able to go swimming again. She's always asking if it's summer yet and if she can go swimming.

We are going to Thailand for 10 days for my birthday in August and I cannot wait!
