I told DH we are going out for Pho Sunday for lunch. I have been craving it for weeks but no restaurants have been near where we needed to be. Making it happen this weekend.

I eat soy free/dairy free/wheat free, so I am hoping to find the time on Sunday to make some appetizers I can actually eat. I was thinking of making "taco cupcakes" with a gluten free tortilla, seasoned turkey meat, refried beans, and veggies. Any ideas???

I asked DH to have a lunch date with me tomorrow. I want to go to Cheddar's and have the Bourbon glazed salmon. YUM! I also want to make some homemade Rice Krispie treats with extra marshmallows.

I love superbowl sunday only because of all the junk food I am entitled to eat and w/o any judgement! I don't know if I will get to eat any of these, but I love wings, nacho (loaded w/ stuff), guac, I have many more...

I gave SO options: either sushi for lunch on Saturday, or out for breakfast on Sunday. We don't go out to eat very often (trying to save $$), but neither of these are expensive options and I'm feeling like a treat

We're having eggplant ravioli tonight, homemade at a local Italian joint. It's a treat since I've been cutting the carbs and counting my calories (and lost 7lbs woo!)
