I was feeling a little down lately and mentioned it to Bee, and we both realized we don't have anything we're looking forward to right now! No upcoming trips, dinner parties or even a date night.
Gonna work to fix that... but thought I'd ask what everyone else is looking forward to right now!

Being moved in to our new house! Unfortunately first we have to pack and actually move to the new house. But we are excited to get in there and begin settling in.
I get the same way when there is nothing exciting to look forward to.

At the moment, nothing until Christmas... but it'll be a big deal with all of us "kids" finally being home at the same time. Can't wait to see my sibs & have my brother finally meet LO.

I am so excited that our baby will be here soon! It's surreal to think that it could be any day now and while we have a million things to get done between now and when he's born (I hope it's not quite yet!), I almost cannot believe that we are about to become a family of four!!!!

@IRunForFun: we move on the 12th! I never really got to do a proper nursery since we were renting at the time, and even after we bought we knew it was short term. Now I am so excited to do up my 3 year olds room and reveal it to her! Less excited about the actual nursery since the baby won't really appreciate but still excited for that too.

If I had seen this when you posted it, I would have said dinner with my girlfriends! Now I'm on my way home from dinner and looking forward to sweatpants and bed!
Longer term - DH and I are going to a wedding in my hometown at the end of October sans LO. So I'm really looking forward to our weekend alone - sleeping, eating, fun at the wedding, and we will take in an NFL game. Very very excited.

We just made the decision to go to my hometown for thanksgiving and I'm so excited! I haven't seen my brother, sil, or nieces in over a year now and we're going to go visit for 10 whole days!

We are taking a 5 day long kid free vacation in Destin, FL at the end of the month. I'm also looking forward to going to bed. Haha.

I've been feeling like this of late. We've only had 5 nights out in three years and only one of those was an actual date night. I've booked tickets to see a band I love in December (Dh is staying home) so I'm looking forward to that....

Fall! It's has been so hot, I'm really looking forward to cooler temps and the outdoors being bearable for this pregnant lady again!

I'm looking forward to my oldest starting school this week. My best friend is coming to visit from overseas later this month.

Long range- having this baby in March and taking a long maternity leave! I'll probably have to take a month unpaid but just trying to be frugal and save right now.

Preschool starting on Wednesday. My oldest will be at school in the afternoon while the babies reliably take 2.5-3 hour naps. Mama's getting some free time!

@oliviaoblivia: I hate my bathroom too! Tiny and the shower floor was painted over before we bought it, but it's now peeling like crazy. Drives me bananas. No idea when we'll get to renovate!
Short term I am really looking forward to a pedicure!

I hope you find something to look forward to soon. 
Overall, I'm just really looking forward to the start of fall/winter and the holiday season. This time of year is my favorite, with the pumpkin patches, Halloween, Thanksgiving/Friendsgiving festivities, Christmas, etc.
We're also doing a California Coast roadtrip for 4 days in October that we're excited about. Can't wait to check out Big Sur and spend some time in Monterey Bay! Then in December, we're going on a family staycation with friends to Palm Springs again. It's turning into an annual thing since we did it last year too. We're also renovating our kitchen - getting new countertops (quartz), and subway tiles for the backsplash. House projects (after they're complete), are always exciting to me. Must be a sign of age.
