Charlie and Olive have been obsessed with Minecraft for a while now. They're only allowed to play it on weekends. They also love card games and we play those pretty much every day. They're 4.5 and 6.5.
What are your kids obsessed with lately?

A is my little biologist. She loves learning the names of fish annd birds, plus what they eat. She has books about them and we watch videos on YouTube.
B is obsessed with work machines right now. My husband is an engineer at Caterpillar and is so excited about B's interest in machines. I think my 2 year old can accurately name more work machines than I can!

Volcanos and painting.

Legos, building contraptions, learning to read, baking, and the Cartoon Network.

Trains and dinosaurs...... And obsessed is putting it lightly.

They love their learning table and the phone that comes with it. They are fight over that phone. Luckily, the push toy came with a phone so they can both have one.
@twodoghouse: Aww, L seems to study every toy she gets. I wonder if she'll into science like me.

Paw patrol and water play. She loves sprinklers, splash pads, pools and her water table. I could squirt her with a spray bottle for an hour and she'd just stand there loving it.

Shopkins (gahhhhh) and wooden fruits and LOTS of imaginative play.. especially cooking. She's at an awesome place right now, so happy.

LO 1 (5) is interested in reading anything she can get her hands on, which currently includes Charlotte's Web and a biography of Alexander Hamilton.
LO 2 (21 mos) is also into books, but in a different way. She loves to bring me books and let me read 3 pages and then runs to get another. She also loves methodically peeling the pictures out of board books (HOW?!). Elmo and baby monkeys round out her current obsessions.

For toys: dolls and building homes and walls for all of them. -
Swiss Family Robinson cartoons on prime.
