Both my kids happened to have doctor appointments within the last week so I have recent stats 
DD- 4.5 years old- 31 lbs and 37.25 inches
DS- 15 months- 17 lbs 14oz and 28 inches

I've got a tiny one! According to our baby scale DD, who is 7.5 months, weighs around 14 lbs, 7 ozs. Not sure how long she is now. At her 6 month appt she was 24.5 inches long.

DD (15 months) - 26 lbs 2 oz and 32.5 inches (95% in both).
She has her 18 month appointment in a week so we'll see how much she's grown!

I have a tall 2 year old. At her 2 year check up, she was 37.6 inches and 32.6 lbs.

DS just had his 5 year well check and was 51 lbs! I can't remember how tall he was.
DD is 3.5 and 31 lbs. -
My almost 5 year old daughter is 40 lbs and 42 inches. My 22 month old is 29 pounds but no idea how tall he is. I know at 18 months he was 50th% for height but I don't remember what that worked out to be

I have no idea for height! DS is 3.5 and 35 pounds. DD is 14 months and about 20 pounds.

@krispi: What percentile is your daughter in for height? This is ridiculous but I'm trying to figure out how tall DD will be for a Disney trip in the spring. She'll be two and she's very tall so it would be nice if she could ride some of the 38" rides!

@skinnycow: At her last 2 appointments, she was 99.9% for height.
We've also been debating whether to take a Disney trip in the spring or to wait until 2019.

DS- 2 years, 22 lb 8 oz, 32 inchesMy twins born at 34 weeks are skinny minis but they continuing to grow (slowly) and have pretty good appetites.

DS1 (4.5) is almost 45" tall and just about 40 pounds.
DS2 (2) is 37" and 32 pounds.
DD (5 months) is 25" and 13 pounds (my little peanut compared to my boys!) -

DS1 just had his well check. He's 3, 33lbs, and 41 inches tall. Apparently he's underweight again. Sigh. Dang tall and skinny kids!

D (4.5y) - Hasn't been measured since January, when he was 38". Weight, per our bathroom scale, is 37.1lb
A (20m) - 35.25" and 30.1lbPoor D has always been small for his age, and A is apparently huge. She's going to outgrow him soon, I think.
My 4 year old is 40 inches and 30 lbs.
