Mine are:
-People who chew food annoyingly loud, and with their mouth open.
-People who type like this "Cuz U kno wut I mean," or "uuughhh soooo annnoooyyyyiiinnnggg" please spell correctly, and don't add unnecessary letters.
-People who talk in the movie theater
-People who walk right out of the public restrooms without washing their hands.

People who are inconsiderate on public transportation-- not moving into the car, not letting people out before trying to get in, or in plane travel, people who block the whole aisle as they get themselves situated just so while dozens of people line up behind them. Just be aware of your surroundings!
People who are obviously sick and contagious and don't take proper precautions to prevent spreading it-- coughing without fully covering your mouth, coming in to work when you should use a sick day.
This one is totally random-- I hate the term "fell pregnant". It sounds like something that just happened by accident, like tripping on the sidewalk. I don't know why it bugs me

People who say they are "weary" of or about something when they really mean "wary." Weary means tired.
People who stand around in the middle of crowded aisles or walkways or who walk down them 2 or 3 abreast so other people can't get through.

Sounds like these are pet peeves specifically about people... So I will say:
People who stop in the middle of a traffic flow (car or on foot) for no good reason (if you're stopping to look at something or tie your shoe, fine)
People who speak with each phrase ending upwardly... I don't know how to explain this... kind of valleygirl like? You knowww? I was like, oh my goddd? I couldn't believe itttt?
People who stir up conflict for the fun of it!
I have more specific pet peeves like crooked tines on forks, socks in bed, screw-top toothpaste.

hah! several that others already mentioned, particularly the food ones.
facebook: people who use their status as a diary, people who post chain photos (if I don't like your photo of an abused animal, no, it does not actually mean I support animal abuse), etc.
people who use really, really incorrect grammar. such as throwing apostrophes in random places, commas in random places or who use wrong words entirely!
