we don't have a dishwasher, and I hate waking up to a sink full of dishes, so I always do them after I put LO down for bed at night.
things have been so hectic around here lately, and LO's sleep has ranged from perfect (going down easy, and for the night) to horrible (taking 1+ hours to get her down, waking constantly) and it's SO RELAXING to come downstairs to a clean kitchen!! major brownie points.

He did the laundry and made a really great dinner. He's also been on DS duty all day, so I got to take a looooong shower. So nice.

He cleaned the garage while Chloe and I took a nap, then did some more yard work. He also brewed me another pot of coffee this evening bc I was still sleepy, and helped me clean Chloe's room!

C had a terrible night of sleep last night. Dh took her this morning so I could sleep and only brought her back for feeding all morning long, and he cleaned the apartment while I slept. I needed it so badly.
Now he's snuggling baby on his chest while we watch a dumb movie.

He cuddled me this morning before we got up (rare) then he got up, made a full blown breakfast, unloaded the dishwasher and washed all his breakfast dishes. He built me a pillow footrest on the ottoman so I could put my feet up and he's just been really great all day
I haven't figured out what he did wrong yet haha

He helped me put together the crib yesterday and put up the new ceiling fan in the nursery today because he knew it would make me happy, which it did.

Umm... He pissed me off in a pretty awesome fashion this evening, but that's not the awesome answer you'reooking for 
he's been great the past couple wks helping me out with things. He spent a wk with me at work so we could do things that would have been hard alone, although my work is kind of awesome & fun oh and he mowed my parent's lawn 'cause they're away.

Love seeing this positive DH thread! Mine is amazing. Always helps w/ diaper changes, washes dishes and pump parts. Stayed with LO today so I could get to the gym. Treated me to a new pair of my favorite brand of jeans for my 13-mo pp body and also said I looked hot Played with LO. He's such a great dad and husband.

It was DH's first week back to work since DD was born, and I was a little overwhelmed. After a particularly trying afternoon on Thursday, DH told me to pump, and then took the midnight and 3am changing and feedings, so I could sleep a full seven hours. The next evening, he cooked a wonderful dinner, and gave me a foot massage. He's been so great!

He helped me work out a way to make buying this ridiculously expensive dress work in our budget (and I don't even need the dress; I just want it!) And tonight we had a great talk about raising our son and what kind of parents we want to be and we were really on the same page. It was very warm and fuzzy.

He has been my hero, so I want to brag a little about how lucky I am
I've been sick with #2 lately, so he's taken over most of the baby and house stuff while I veg on the couch and doze once he's home from work.
He did swim class, C's dinner, and bedtime routine and got him to sleep in record time last night while I was sick. He also got up with C at 3am while I was in a sleep coma, even though he had to work today.
He changed a poop diaper today so I wouldn't have to throw up (I told him he's a way better daddy than Kanye!)
He cleaned out the garage while I was at work on Wednesday.
Tomorrow he's taking C out and about so I can have a date with our kitchen cabinets and finish sanding and painting without interruptions.

I had a tough night the night before last with E not settling and crying from wind pain. Last night, I slept really well and woke at 5am of my own accord to find DH asleep at the end of the bed (where the moses basket is) where he had obviously been comforting her whenever she woke up. Bless him.

My DH is pretty much amazing and a total lifesaver. I have been really, extremely sick with pregnancy #2 for nearly 3 months, and he has woken up with DD at 5 AM and let me sleep until 8:30 every morning before he leaves for work, comes home from work early when he can to take over with our DD and let me rest, takes care of the dishes, laundry, grocery shopping, and handles dinner since smelling it- even thinking about it- is enough to make me puke. I'm finally starting to feel a little better and so some of the things around the house that I used to, but he really has been such a rock while I've struggled.

Wow! Everyone's DHs are rockstars!!
My guy has helped with E every single last step of the way. From diapers and feedings to strapping into the carrier. About the only thing he doesn't do is pump, lol!
Tonight he took charge of getting E off to sleep so I could work out and take a long shower. So much love.

Dh has been doing all the dog care while I have been away for 2 months and hasn't complained (well, he has complainEd about some of puppy's antics, like eating our rug!) he is so supportive of me. Being ldr these las couple months has been so hard but it also makes me appreciate everything about him so, so, SO much!!

Friday night DH slept on the couch and did all night wakings with EBM while I slept 7 hrs (until my boobs exploded!) gloriously alone, interruption free!!

I have a cold on top of fighting my daily nausea. Honestly, DH has been kind of oblivious to the fact that I feel like crap... But yesterday, he took DD to Home Depot with him so I could get a break. Oh, and he brought me back an Oreo McFlurry.

Annnd he just let me sleep in an extra hour. I can hear him making breakfast with the little man. I know it's probably because he doesn't want me to sleep through F's am nap (he's got other plans for us) but I'll allow it. Yay sleep!

Last night he took care of LO while I went out for drinks with a friend, and this morning he took care of LO when she woke up at 3am, and let me sleep til 8! The dude is amazing I rewarded him nicely for his efforts

I got a cold for my bday yesterday so I feel awful today. He is taking LO for an hour trip to pick me up some cough drops.
