Subscribing! Might just go back on the pill. Heard too many horror stories about the IUDs

Condoms and prayer (the latter because we're not very diligent with the former)

I did mini pill which I noticed a drop in my milk supply so I quit immediately and haven't been on any since.

@mrsaudi: Same here, took the mini pill...had barely any milk so stopped.

Mirena IUD. The mini pill is only effective if you take it within the same 1 hour time frame every day, and some days I couldn't even remember to brush my teeth before noon! lol! I had no supply issues with it, no side effect physically as far as I can tell. The only issue I've had is that my libido is low. At this point I don't know if it's because of BFing, Mirena, or what the issue is.

I have a Mirena. We want to wait 2-3 years between LOs and I have heard too many stories of the minipill failing. And after years of not using condoms, don't really want to deal with them. Although the best bc is having no sex drive from BF and being exhausted.

I did the mini pill until 12 weeks pp when my doctor would do the mirena. I had a really hard time remembering to take the pill everyday, and with the mini pill it was super important to not only take it everyday, but at the same time everyday! Not good for me.

I used the mini pill and had no change in milk supply.
It was definitely a challenge to remember the pill every day with the distraction of a young baby, so I set a daily alarm on my cell phone, and that solved the problem.

@mrsaudi @bao same! perceived drop in supply + felt like I was emotionally all over the place on the mini-pill. both went back to normal once I stopped. Not using any protection currently.

I was on the Mirena, and I really liked it. I'll probably go back to that for a while after we have our next one.

Abstinence?
We're sticking to non-hormonal for now, as I don't want to jeopardize the milk supply I do have, and there are some IUD horror stories in my family. I got fitted for a diaphragm at my postpartum appt, but haven't gotten the prescription filled.
Since we have twins, we probably don't want any more kids, so once we're sure in a few years, hopefully hubby will make things permanent.

Seasonique. That way I get my period once every three months and since my period gives me migraines that's less migraines.

I get my Mirena in next week. Woop! Right now it's just condoms. Couldnt remember to take the mini pill.

condoms.
There would either be potential BF issues with all the others, or the ones that were safe for BF I had issues with.

Condoms. I wasn't risking it with the mini pill - I know a few people who got pregnant on it.

Depo provera.. I'm only staying on it about 6 months before we start trying again.

We didn't use anything the first year bc I was breastfeeding. I didn't want to risk my supply and I didn't get my period until she was about 10 months. We used timing and pull and pray in te mean time.
I did just start the mini pill. I'm not good at remembering at the same time though.
