We went from the Chicco Keyfit to the Nextfit.
We have the Nextfit in hubby's car and the Nextfit CX in mine. The padding is so worth it, not for comfort, but to be able to find and strap the little guy in easier.

Graco snug ride (classic, 22 lb weight limit), and a Chico nextfit. We only have one car. When the baby outgrows the infant seat I guess we can get a harness to booster for the toddler?

Britax advocate 70cs, Britax Marathon, Britax Boulevard, Britax Be Safe/base in DH car for DD. I am planning to buy a Frontier 90 for DS as he is outgrowing the height limit for the Marathon and then DD will have that one. We have two seats in both cars.

One Chicco KeyfitI just made out a chart to figure out how much longer and how many more car seats we'll need. Four more car seats, not including any extra travel seats and at least nine more years of car seats.

We have a Chicco NextFit for our main seat in my car. DS used the Uppababy Mesa as an infant seat that we will reuse for #2. We have a Cosco Scenera Next as our cheap travel and backup seat in DH's car.
