Emmit Smith used to work on the same floor of my office so I'd ride the elevator with him frequently. We would make small talk and then it was funny to see other people get on the elevator and ne star struck.

Haven't seen any since moving out to ga.
I would scream if I saw usher or TI.

I think some athletes live in my building, but I'm not a sports fan so I wouldn't be able to recognize them.

@mrbee: my co-worker gave up her seat on the train to maggie g. when she was pregnant with her 2nd kid. it was a crowded train and no one was getting up for her.

clinton kelly and michael imperioli are regulars near my job. i see celebrities often but usually not usually the same ones.

jealous of al u guys that see celebs! dont know if this counts but ive played hockey with toby peterson from the pittburgh penguins. A couple guys from the team (when he played for the minor league before he got to the NHL) use to live in our development in a pink house haha. i saw him in just a towel too haha.

We run into Dave Chapelle every now and then. He's super chill and rides around on his skateboard. He puts on shows in San Francisco enough to where we've run into him a handful of times.

When I lived in LA I used to run into Selma Blair all the time at real food daily. I would often run into Paris Hilton and wilmer valderama at the Spider Club. I ran into Christina Aguilera at LAX nightclub in Las Vegas and Luke Wilson used to hang out at little woodrows in Austin on Sundays when we did.

I'm not counting the celebs that worked on set.....because its obvious I would run into them at work.

Here? None...I live in Indiana. I grew up in a ski resort town, which also hosts the Sundance film festival. Each year the town would be overrun with celebrities. They used to do some of the screenings in my high school auditorium, and on your way to class it would be like..."oh hey, look, it's Jennifer Aniston!" Lots of celebrities during those 10 days.

There are also lots of famous winter athletes in my hometown. My preschool boyfriend won a gold medal at the 2006 winter olympics, hehe.

Oh, and my brother used to play in a hockey league with Treat Williams. Did any of you ever watch the CW show Everwood? That was filmed in my hometown as well, so we always saw those actors, too.

I hardly run into celebrities unless you count congressmen!

Nobody regularly. But I waited on Hulk Hogan and Dick Vitale (separately) during the Lightning Stanley Cup series a few years back. They both live around here. Derek Jeter has a house here and my friend saw him and Minka Kelly in her neighborhood. That's about all I've seen.

The Rock works out at our gym. He has a house nearby. He's always wearing a black hat and huge black tshirts that kind of hide what a BEAST he is. But everyone knows it's him, even though I didn't believe DH and I asked the guys that work at 24 Fitness and they were like, "Yep, he lives 5 mins away..."

When I lived in Charlottesville I used to run into Dave Matthews and the band regularly.
When I lived in DC Donald Rumsfeld lived on my block and I'd see him just about every day.
Now I only really see a few family members/ friends that are politicians. I have a few semi-famous clients though, but no one I can name.

Ha! I would say 3 out of the last 6 or 7 times I was in Brooklyn visiting friends I saw Maggie g! She must always be out and about.

In Boston I don't really see anyone regularly - not many celebs - saw Giselle 2 weeks ago on the playground with her son.
