Our kids are loving the Berenstain Bears lately! It's one of those books that works for both a 3 year old and an almost 5 year old, so we're going with it.
Our eldest also likes Dr. Suess books, but that's a harder sell for a 3 year old so we're leaning more towards Stan and Jan for now. Also, "I want my hat back" is a crowd pleaser.

My DD loves anything that is look and find. I read her the little story on the page and she LOVES looking for (and finding) everything on the list.
She also loves Dr. Seuss, Bubble Guppies Golden books, and this silly little book called "No, David!"
She also likes the Courderoy books.

@cmomma17: Another Chicka Chicka Boom Boom lover over here. We've has that book for a while but DS (16mo) is just getting into it.
He is also into the Llama llama books right now.
